Send the Completed form to us
After filling out all information. Submit your completed online form to us.
Once your form has been received; Inkcanada will send you a purchase order and shipping instructions within 24 Hours.

We offer online payment for our customers via PayPal. If online payment is not requested all cheques will be sent within 30 days of our receiving your shipment. All Payments are made in Canadian Dollars
